Saturday, November 1 Feeling Busy
I just finished my teaching demo at UP Mindanao. They cut me when I'm halfway through my lecture saying, "Okay na...sige..." I'm not really sure what they meant by that, but anyhow, I think they were pretty much satisfied. In a nutshell, I got the part-time job. Arch. Eric Europa, the acad coordinator, texted me. He told me I'll be teaching my all-time favorite subject History of Architecture. And it shocked me that they also gave me Design 6 as another subject to teach. I mean, hello!!! Design class for a first-time instructor???!!! Are you from earth?! A few minutes more, Ate Ligs texted me if I'm willing to teach full-time at Ateneo Arki. Yeah, why not? But I guess I made an affirmative answer too soon. It turned out that I'll be teaching the same subjects as those I'll be teaching in UP (thank you very much...). But further down the list... Urban Planning... Finance and Taxation... Yaiks! Tama ba namang bigyan ako ng subjects for graduating students on my first sem of teaching???!!! Once again (with feelings now!), ARE YOU FROM EARTH?! Anyway, keep posted on my teaching adventures. |
